Women's Heightened Ability, Confidence, & Knowledge (W.H.A.C.K)

Women's Heightened Ability, Confidence, & Knowledge (W.H.A.C.K.) is hosting its first empowering workshop at Olfactory Farm. This one of a kind workshop is limited to 35 spots, is open to women of all ages, and will provide a space for us to connect, learn, and grow. Join us for this unique, day-long event and leave feeling inspired and empowered. Registration begins at 10:30 am and our first class begins at 11:00.

Learn about situational awareness, technique & strategic moves for all ages in our Women's Self Defense Workshop. Knowledgeable Instructors Kimberly and Rob Scexnayder, owners of Shubu Kan Dojo, will teach you life saving skills and information along with hands on demonstration!  Our second workshop of the day; Basic Investing for women, will help you learn to facilitate a path to financial freedom and wellness. Financial advisor . Kim Emperato from LNB Financial Services, will offer loads of information along with many important resources.  Last but not least is  our Basic Yoga and Relaxation Workshop where you can find new ways to slow down, and recharge your mind and body. Simple basic moves and techniques taught by Instructors Emma Yatteau and Jessica Caves.  Enjoy our day long, complimentary grazing bar offering light & healthy fare, herbal tea, and more!  Each participant recieves a free W.H.A.C.K. tote bag to hold all of your information (with a few surprise gifts inside!) 

The 1891 Wine Barn and the Olfactory Gift shop will be open all day offering discounts for participants only!  If you wish to indulge in self pampering, facials and chair massages will be available for a fee.
