Lavender Simple Syrup

This syrup is great in cocktails, tea, coffee, lemonade, on top of ice cream...the list goes on and on! Our Lavender Simple Syrup is made in small batches with lavender grown on our farm and does not contain added chemicals and preservatives.  The high sugar conten of our syrup make crystalization a common occurance.  This will create lavender rock candy right in the bottle!  After the syrup is done simply add a small amount of warm water to loosen the crystals, pour through a strainer and enjoy.
